Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor processing, complete badge checks, and document activity using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and coordinating with operations for dock appointments and driver check-in.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disputes, medical events, and weather-related disruptions, and escalate per site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and radio communications, and complete detailed reports on incidents, shift activity, trailer and seal checks, and policy exceptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray Screening Experience - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
