• Schedule appointments and support provider-ordered care

• Answer phones, triage calls, and assist walk-in patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and front desk supplies

• Support clinical staff with reports and documentation

• High school diploma or GED

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

• Completion of an accredited MA program

• 1+ year of recent MA experience

• Active BLS (AHA)

• Comfortable with computers and electronic records
