In this role you will:



  • Process all Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton and Chicagoland parts service calls and parts transfer requests received at the TLC. May also process Ohio, Indy, Columbus, IN, Terre Haute and Iowa branch parts orders via email, remote tech or phone.
  • Properly and accurately highlight pertinent service call information on picking/packing sheets.
  • Process returned parts from branch locations and Service Technicians including properly putting away parts in appropriate assigned bin locations.
  • Assist with all technician requests or questions related to parts, including parts orders and status along with general inquiries about identifying the correct part numbers needed for the service calls.
  • Receiving, packaging, and stocking parts.
  • Picking and distributing parts for Branches and/or Technicians.
  • Process customer orders by creating the sales order, picking items, and providing to Warehouse personnel for shipment.
  • Request emergency delivery service as required.
  • Create and maintain detailed item records in ERP system critical to business processes throughout the company.
  • Deliver parts to the Tech Drop Sites as required by staffing or workload.
  • Support purchasing duties as required by staffing or workload.
  • Assist in the organization and stocking of APS parts.
  • Assist with other positions as needed


You should have:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to be insured under company insurance requirement for driving company vehicle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds on occasion


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous Inventory and/or Logistics experience
