Anticipated wage $21.32 - $24.78/hr. Schedule: 2nd Shift (PM) Must be flexible during the first six months of training. After training, the position will transition to second (2nd) shift. SUMMARY This is an entry-level maintenance position intended to develop skills for a future maintenance role. The selected candidate will gain these skills through on-the-job training and coursework. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Works closely with the maintenance team, production staff, and other departments to support the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include assisting with repairs and upkeep of machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, utilities, tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. The role also supports basic maintenance of control and electrical systems and participates in ongoing plant maintenance, including hydraulic, plumbing, steam, pneumatic, sheet metal, and welding-related work. The position requires initiative to identify and help resolve issues while contributing effectively to a team-based environment.
