Position: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust (US citizen/Green Card)

Salary: $110k/year

KeyLogic is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer who will play a crucial role in supporting an IT software development project. The ideal candidate will need to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and provide valuable support to a high-performing development team.

Job Description:

Functions as a technical expert on one or multiple products. May plan and lead tasks or follow direction of senior personnel. Has domain experience and technical knowledge. Applies innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates independently and may supervise.

Must Haves

* BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience OR MA/MS degree or higher and 3 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Experience with the USPTO Tech Stack (Java, Angular, Spring/Springboot, AWS, etc.)
  • Independence & Execution: Taking ownership of tasks from design to deployment, including debugging and testing, with minimal oversight and correction
  • Familiar with Microservices Architecture
  • Experience with on-prem to Cloud Migration
  • Technical Proficiency: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while applying best practices for their specific domain (frontend, backend, or full-stack).
  • System Design & Optimization: Understanding broader system architecture, identifying areas for optimization, and participating in code reviews.
  • Collaboration: Assisting other developers, sharing knowledge, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and creating tools to streamline workflow.
  • Business Context: Understanding how their work aligns with program/project goals and product requirements.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
