We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The Network Engineer's primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure to provide maximum performance and availability for the system users. $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 / year Pay Transparency

We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The Network Engineer's primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure to provide maximum performance and availability for the system users. Work Environment: This is an on-site in person position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) * Configure and install various servers, network devices and services (e.g., VM's, switches, internal firewalls, VPN, QoS) * Perform server and network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations * Manage and optimize in-house and cloud-based network * Assist in the development and implementation of servers and network security, protocols, and troubleshooting network issues * Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability * Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning * Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues * Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks * Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure * Collaborate with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues * Select and implement policies and procedures in conjunction with the company's requirements * Perform other duties as assigned Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full time employees which includes: * Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Paid Time Off and Holidays * HSA and FSA * Traditional 401(k) with company match * Company Sponsored Basic Life Insurance, AD&D and LTD * Voluntary Coverages (Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Supplemental Life Insurance * Tuition Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * We have a 9/80 workweek that provides employees with every other Friday off Equal Opportunity Employer: Lucix Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
