Job Role: Assists Operator in the set up and operation of a production machine in accordance to established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets machine run conditions as necessary. Adjusts machine settings under guidance of the operator to complete tasks accurately according to specifications and in a timely fashion. Unloads finished product from the production line and assists in the packaging and transportation of finished product into the warehouse for shipment. Shift: Morning Pay rate: $24.00/hr Primary Position Responsibilities: Competencies: Honesty/Integrity: Acts with integrity. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Organizational Skills: Must be able to take and follow both written and verbal directions and communicate those directions to others. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Problem Solving: Basic degree of analysis, problem solving and creativity. Technical Skills: Must be able to solve mathematical problems at the high school level. Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience Required: Some manufacturing & mechanical aptitude working as a machine Operator or Helper or proven experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Able to stand for a period of 8 hours at a time, perform repetitive bending and stretching on a daily basis. Benefits and Perks
