As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of lobbies, offices, and exterior areas, maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flow. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and deliver customer-focused service with integrity, reliability, and teamwork in a caring, people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, customers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and lobby areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct visitors according to site procedures.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, document observations during patrols, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
