You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Control access through designated entrances by observing visitor and employee traffic, confirming authorization when required, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per post orders.
• Complete routine reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate notable security-related conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
