Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri: 4:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Weekends & Holidays: 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Rotating weekends/holidays required
About the Role

Wimmer Communities is seeking a reliable, customerfocused Front Desk Associate for our Forest Ridge location. In this key role, you'll support residents, guests, and staff while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a professional appearance
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
  • Prepare accurate shift reports and document incidents per policy
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as needed
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, posting, and stocking materials
  • Participate in required meetings, training, and community events
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong criticalthinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Experience in geriatric services, hospitality, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, email, and basic computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional fillin shifts
