Treasury and Risk Administrator

Kratos is seeking a Treasury and Risk Administrator for their Corporate Office in San Diego, CA. This position is on-site.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Treasury and Risk Administrator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day global cash management, cash flow forecasting and support of the Treasury & Risk Department. The position requires the ability to obtain security clearance, if needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists in treasury projects as directed with accuracy and completeness.
Assists with preparing Daily Cash Balance Reports, Weekly Forecast and other Cash Management Reports with accuracy and completeness.
Assists with insurance claims processing with accuracy and completeness.
Assists with reviewing bank and credit card accounts with accuracy and completeness.
Assist in preparing documentation for opening and closing bank accounts, tracking and updating bank signatories, etc. with accuracy and completeness.
Assist in monitoring Treasury activities and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and operational controls, including SOX compliance with accuracy and completeness.
Assist in supporting and facilitating week/month/quarter end reporting for various Treasury activities with accuracy and completeness
Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in accounting (AR/AP), cash management and/or risk management.
Accounting, or a related business discipline, or equivalent experience.
Cash-flow forecasting experience preferred.
