Volunteer Coordinator-Students
Full-Time, Days

Job Description:

• The Volunteer Student Coordinator plans, coordinates, and oversees student volunteer programs serving bothhigh school and college participants.
• The role manages seasonal sessions, recruitment, screening, placement,scheduling, orientation/training, and ongoing engagement; ensures compliance with hospital policies andregulatory requirements; and collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to align student roles withservice needs and learning objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of related experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated commitment to volunteerism and service learning.
• Demonstrated leadership initiative and ability.
• Familiar with the various disciplines provided in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in all facets of work.
• Familiar with the various human resource components of volunteer management
