What You'll Be Doing as a Director, Global Supply Chain & Sourced Product: This role plays a critical senior leadership role in shaping and executing the company's global supply chain strategy. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for the industry and deep product knowledge, who thrives on building strong supplier partnerships and driving operational excellence. The role influences key business outcomes by ensuring reliable supply, optimizing inventory, and fostering supplier relationships that serve as true extensions of our business. This role executes a comprehensive global supply chain strategy for the Company, to include a strong focus on sourced products. Drives initiatives that ensure efficient, cost-effective systems and processes to support customer order fulfillment, supply chain planning, inventory management, global sourcing strategies, and purchasing activities. Demonstrates deep product knowledge and a passion for the industry to align supply chain decisions with customer expectations and market trends.
