Position Overview

The Strategic Lead proactively manages and coordinates all aspects of site I&D operations for their specific account(s as assigned. This individual delivers the highest level of hassle-free customer service in the most efficient manner possible.

Responsibilities



  • Proactively develop and manage project action plans for assigned corporate accounts.
  • Ensure the project and show margins are met or exceeded.
  • Communicate with local operations teams responsible for I&D Installation and dismantle labor.
  • Work with I&D Ops Managers/Supervisors/StOM to oversee and suggest appropriate courses of action and address any additional issues that arise.
  • Review and approve labor calls to ensure alignment with the project's action plan, the estimator's budget, and service requirements.
  • When necessary, attend assigned "I&D Put To Meetings" with the sales team and/or clients as requested.
  • Oversee all I&D client operations through consistent contact with the local Ops Managers/Supervisors, as well as the StOM or Director, Strategic Operations, I&D.
  • Proactively develop and recommend process improvements to the Operations Manager I&D, AM, AD, PM, or Director of Strategic Operations.
  • Ensure accurate show site record keeping in order to capture client billing and LOB revenues as reported to the local Operations Manager I&D.
  • Work with tall AD's, AM's, PM's, and other Ops Teams to actively manage customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest equipment and inventory that can reduce labor expenditures, improve productivity, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP Operations & DStOM I&D, RDO I&D.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional level of industry experience preferred with larger than 2500 sq.ft. exhibtory.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years in an Install & Dismantle environment, experience inclusive of supervisory functions as well as direct contact with large corporate accounts and relationship building.
  • Prior supervisory experience within a unionized environments mandatory.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on project efficiency and exceeding the customers' expectations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity with successful experience leading a team.
  • Successful experience managing in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders in each job, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated labor relations management experience.
