Description
GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a creative, team-oriented, and motivated 1-4 year Civil/Land Development Engineer to join our Community Development Business Sector. The position will be responsible for CAD design, assisting in developing engineering reports, calculations, and design for Civil / Land Development projects including construction administration support. This position is available in our Orlando, FL office. Remote and/or Hybrid work location (home or office) is a viable option and the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on and/or relocation bonus. Responsibilities:

Bachelors of Civil Engineering (required)
Experience
1 - 4 years: Civil Engineering experience in the state of Florida. (required)
Exposure to stormwater, utility design, and land development. (preferred) Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. (preferred) Exposure to Florida permitting process, codes, and criteria. (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
