Reporting to the VP, HR Operations, the Senior Director, Total Rewards is a senior people leader responsible for the strategic design, governance, and execution of the company's compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. This role partners closely partners with peers and executive leadership to ensure total rewards strategies support business performance, talent attraction and retention, and long-term growth. The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, bringing strong market insight, financial acumen, and operational discipline to building competitive, equitable, and scalable rewards programs. Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership
- Work with leadership to define and evolve the company's total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, and rewards-related decisions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce costs, incentive effectiveness, and market competitiveness
- Lead, develop, and mentor total rewards team members
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance and Business COE's
- Manage external consultants, brokers, and vendors
- Establish and maintain total rewards policies, controls, and documentation
Compensation
- Lead the design and governance of base pay, commission programs, short-term incentives, long-term incentives
- Oversee annual compensation planning cycles
- Establish job architecture, market pricing, and leveling frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Partner with Finance on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Ensure compliance with all applicable wage, pay equity, and disclosure regulations

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and governance
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on, day-to-day operational oversight
Preferred
- Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or complex organizations
- Experience supporting executive compensation and rewards programs
- CCP, CBP, or related professional certifications
