Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Field Operations Service Coordinator based in Columbia, MD. The Field Operations Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative operations for the Field Service team, resource allocation, accurate reporting, and timely execution of tasks to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hour Salary $25 - $30 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do
- Provide operational support and assist with the preparation of documents and communication such as Service Order entry and maintenance, overseeing processing of Purchase Orders (Pos)/invoices/Cash On Delivery (CODs)/billing, vendor & customer setups, etc., assisting with inventory oversight and transactions including shipping & receiving, monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate administrative support services within the field service function, implementing process and procedural improvements, ensuring the timely execution of administrative tasks, maintaining required data and documents, and providing reporting as needed
- Ensure a positive customer experience by assisting with the resolution of customer concerns, facilitating credit and collections interactions, maintaining knowledge of customer requirements and agreements
- Additional task as required
What we require
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service and Administrative support knowledge
- The ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
What we prefer
- 2 + years' experience with service orders, billing, or collections
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- SAP knowledge
