Title: Financial Business Analyst (Housing Domain) Duration: 6+ months Contract Pay rate: $30-35/hr w2 Location: New Yourk, NY 10007 Shift timings: 24hrs/week (Part Time) BG/DT required: Yes Job Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing departmental budgets and financial performance to support informed decision-making. The role involves preparing financial data , reports, and plans, providing guidance to departments on budget utilization, and monitoring financial plans to ensure alignment with Borough Operations objectives. The Business Analyst ensures compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards while supporting effective resource allocation and cost control. Assist the Vice President as needed . Required Skills: Analyze departmental budgets, accounts, and personnel expenditures. Prepare and submit financial analyses, reports, and budget plans and projections. Provide financial guidance and support to departments on budgets, resolving encumbrances etc. Closely Monitor financial plans and performance against approved budgets and targets. Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
