Job Description Business Profile: PCC Aerostructures is a leading supplier of complex components and assemblies to the global aerospace industry. Location Profile: Located in Kent Washington, Protective Coatings Inc. is a leading provider of full service finishing for the aerospace, electronics and medical industries in both commercial and defense applications. Services include but are not limited to non-destructive testing such as fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection and a wide variety of surface enhancement processes such as shot peening and abrasive blasting, passivation, cadmium and nickel zinc plating, chromic, sulfuric and boric sulfuric acid anodizing and the application of chromate conversion coating on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Organic coating includes the application and testing of multiple resin systems such as epoxies, phenolics, polyurethanes, polyesters, elastomerics, intumescents, lacquers, alkyds, acrylics, dry-film lubricants and Teflon. Founded in 1976, Protective Coatings Inc. was later acquired by Precision Castparts in 2012, and became part of the Aerostructures Division. Position Summary: Janitors will be expected to perform a variety of functions, including but not limited to; office, lunchroom and restroom cleaning and sanitizing, parking lot maintenance, restocking of toiletries, and trash collecting and disposal. Janitors shall demonstrate appropriate use of cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals, and adherence to all organization safety rules and regulations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule. Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions. Wear and maintain proper personal equipment (PPE). Cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms and lunchrooms. Trash collecting and disposal. Window washing and cleaning. Vacuuming, moping and dusting. Grounds keeping and parking lot maintenance. Restocking of supplies/toiletries. Operator may be exposed to chemicals/solvents and occasional fumes, unsanitary conditions, and moderate noise level. Required Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language. Must be detail oriented and quick learner. Organization skills. Knowledge and appropriate use of chemical cleaners and cleaning equipment. Good communicator with ability to represent the company in a positive manner. Ability to work alone or as a member of a team, good cooperative skills. Required Experience: Previous janitorial experience required. Level of Education: General Standard education including the ability to read and write in English. Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
