What you'll do

• Diagnose incidents encountered in the environment and resolve problems in systems, processes and services
• Perform security risk, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analysis and provide guidance on the application and operation of security controls
• Maintain security administration processes and investigate suspected attacks or breaches
• Implement arrangements for disaster recovery and document recovery procedures
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and equipment, creating reports and proposals for improvement, and assisting in the planning and implementation of new installations
• Configure tools to automate provisioning, testing, and development of new and changed infrastructure

What you bring to our team

• Experience deploying and maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and its ancillary components
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems including build, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Experience packaging applications with technologies such as Microsoft Configuration Manager or App-V
• Proficiency with the Citrix XenServer and VMware vSphere virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience automating repeatable tasks using common scripting languages
• Experience deploying and configuring third party profile management and monitoring tools.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience with a post secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
• The ability to provide on-call technical support and the ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed
