As a Winemaker, you will play a vital role in managing winery workflow processes, ensuring accurate data, and driving operational excellence. From overseeing grape and wine assignments to conducting tastings and fining trials, your expertise will shape the style and quality of our wines. You will ensure blends meet specifications in terms of style, cost, and volume, ready for bottling to maintain inventory alignment. Your ability to adapt to challenges, resolve issues, and implement innovative solutions will be key to maintaining our high standards. The Winemaker will build strong cross-functional relationships while driving an inclusive culture.
