Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/SCI + CI Polygraph

What You'll Do:

As the P-8 Increment 3 Ground Station Production Lead, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of Increment 3 capabilities across the P-8 Ground Station (PGS) and TACMOBILE architecture. Your role serves as the primary technical and programmatic liaison between NAVAIR PMA-290, OEM production teams, IPTs, and Fleet stakeholders, ensuring timely, secure, and fully certified fielding of Increment 3 capabilities as the program transitions into Full Rate Production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead production integration of Increment 3 ground station capabilities across PGS and TACMOBILE platforms.
  • Coordinate production activities between PMA-290, OEMs (e.g., CACI), IPTs, and Fleet representatives.
  • Lead Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and support transition from development to production.
  • Track configuration baselines, CRs, ECPs, and fielding plans to ensure production alignment.
  • Monitor OEM production status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure cybersecurity accreditation, RMF compliance, testing, and certification per NAVAIR standards.
  • Coordinate acceptance testing, delivery schedules, training, documentation, and logistics support.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of military experience.
  • Direct experience with TACMOBILE systems.
  • Experience with the P-8A Poseidon or comparable ISR/multi-mission aviation platforms.
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR acquisition lifecycle (ACAT I, PMA-290).
  • Working knowledge of production and system integration with defense OEMs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in production readiness, system integration, or technical program management.
  • Knowledge of P-8 Ground Station systems and Increment 3-related capabilities.
  • Understanding of RMF, cybersecurity accreditation, and NAVAIR certification processes.

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a polygraph and government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
