We're seeking a Business Analysis Workstream Lead in Atlanta in our Health and Human Services Industry to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
North Highland is seeking to hire a Business Analysis - Workstream Lead Consultant to assist our Public Sector Client with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation.
YOU WILL:
Vendor Integration & Coordination: Act as the central liaison between our Public Sector Client and the technical vendor, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met. Facilitate joint planning sessions and maintain a unified project schedule.
Governance & Accountability: Establish clear roles, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks to prevent delays and resolve conflicts quickly.
Risk & Issue Management: Monitor vendor and stakeholder performance, proactively identify risks related to technical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Dependency Management: Track interdependencies between vendor activities, OCM workstreams, and client operations to avoid bottlenecks.
Performance Reporting: Consolidate vendor progress into PMO dashboards and executive reports, providing transparency and actionable insights.
Change Integration: Partner with OCM teams and the vendor to embed change management into technical delivery, ensuring readiness and adoption milestones are achieved.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
8+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis and design, or infrastructure design/development/support
Proven experience in a Workstream Lead role
Experience w/ Large, enterprise level projects ranging in size from $1million+
Strong Requirements Gathering Experience
Solid Process Design Experience
VersionOne, Rally, RTC or Jira experience
Agile Delivery - user story development and backlog grooming
Experience working with C-Suite and communicating cross-functionally
Meeting Facilitation Experience
Highly motivated and driven with ability to think strategically and take on initiatives
Able to work in fast-pace, changing environment
Attention to detail and proven analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
Bachelor's degree required; Applicable Certifications are a plus;
