Warehouse Order Selector

Join our client's fast-paced distribution team as a Warehouse Order Selector, where you'll use a voice pick system and electric pallet jack to build accurate, high-volume orders. This is a physical, performance-based role ideal for reliable and motivated individuals who like to stay active on the job.

Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

2nd Shift Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 PM start (until completion)
• Friday: 5:00 PM start (until completion)
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 11:00 AM start (until completion)
• Training set on 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

• Build orders accurately using a voice pick system and pick tickets.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to select and move products.
• Achieve the target of 1,200 cases per day after training.
• Manually lift and move products up to 50 lbs for restocking and repacking.
• Ensure date code accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Follow GMPs, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas for shipping.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of electric pallet jacks and warehouse experience.
• Experience with electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
