Job Description The Employee Communications Strategist develops and publishes engaging content to tell the stories of our 8,000+ employee-owners. In this role, you'll work with people in all aspects of our business - from exploration team members and lab technicians to data scientists and business development professionals. We work to create connection and engagement to enable our people to do their best work every day, telling stories to share best practices and recognize the outstanding work of our teams to serve our clients. Position reports to the Manager of Employee Communications through Terracon's corporate office in Olathe, Kansas. The candidate could work from the corporate office or hybrid from a Terracon location.
