Position Summary
Accountability for Care through Undoing Racism and Equity for Moms, or ACURE4Moms, is working to improve pregnancy outcomes and decrease health disparities for all pregnant patients by addressing institutional racism and bias in healthcare and improving community-based social support during pregnancy. The study, which will involve 40 prenatal practices across North Carolina and a team of co-investigators from UNC and community-based organizations, will attempt to do so using two types of interventions: Practice Based Data Accountability Interventions and Community-Based Doula Support.

ACURE4Moms is managed by a team in UNC School of Medicine's Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is in its study implementation phase. The project management team is seeking a temporary research assistant to support administrative, recruitment, and analytical tasks, including those listed below, as well as other needed study activities:

* Recruiting and retaining study participants
* Coding qualitative data
* Procuring supplies
* Managing files and updating tracking spreadsheets
* Managing study participant incentives
* Study dissemination
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
- Experience working with study recruitment
- Experience with working with community members, particularly as a doula
