Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead financial operations, forecasting, contract renewals, and overall engagement for the Channels Data Technology team Act as the Intake and Engagement Lead, managing new requests, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment, while overseeing delivery functions to ensure timely execution of technology initiatives Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee contract renewals and vendor compliance Lead intake process for new requests, assess feasibility, and prioritize based on business value Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and quality standards are met Act as primary liaison for stakeholder engagement and communication Provide governance and reporting on financials, forecasts, and project health Implement change management processes for smooth transitions Identify and mitigate risks and issues across programs Requirements: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services supporting a tech organization Strong expertise in financial management, forecasting, and cost optimization Proven ability to lead intake and delivery functions for large-scale technology programs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with of enterprise processes and governance frameworks Desired skills: Prior management experience with financial institutions Experience with enterprise change management and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities PMP or equivalent certification Pay range: $43.92 - $51.92 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
