Program Guide

Location: Waltham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:45am - 2:00pm and Sundays 6:45am - 9:15am

Pay Rate: $20.15-$23.33/hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
