Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Whey Foreperson to join our team located in Roswell, NM. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains and distributors. The Whey Foreperson directly monitors the manufacturing process from whey separation to packaging. Monitors in-process test results and adjusts as necessary to ensure product is within designated specifications. Monitors CIP of equipment to ensure proper clean-up. Assures that plant sanitation standards are always maintained. Oversee entire production floor, ensuring efficient operation. Ensures that work is performed in a safe manner. Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor. Maintains a clean environment, adhering to all the GMP's, SOP's, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.
