Join our team as a Title Specialist, where you'll play an essential role in ensuring accurate, seamless vehicle title processing. What You'll Do * Support customers and internal partners by handling incoming title inquiries via email, text, and phone-providing prompt, helpful responses. * Take full ownership of title issues, following each case through to resolution or coordinating with the right team members when needed. * Process vehicle titles from multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and marketability. * Receive incoming mail and packages from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. * Route titles to the correct departments and team members. * Review and verify title information with attention to detail. * Prepare documents needed to ensure title marketability. * Organize and sort titles by VIN to ensure buyers receive the correct information. * Upload verified titles into the system to support smooth transactions. What You Bring * At least 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing. * A strong record of managing title responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A proactive, detailoriented mindset and the ability to stay organized. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
