Insurance Advisor - Trainee (Bachelor's Degree Required) Location: Pittston, PA (100% Onsite) Schedule: Fulltime \| Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST Operating Hours After Training: 7:00 AM-9:00 PM EST (8.5hour shifts starting every 30 minutes between 9:00 AM-12:30 PM) About the Role We are actively seeking recent college graduates in the Pittston, PA area to join our growing sales team as Insurance Advisor Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a longterm career in the insurance and financial services industry. As part of your onboarding, the company will cover the cost of your Property & Casualty insurance licensing, which you will complete before entering our structured sales training program. What You'll Do * Respond promptly to inbound leads and deliver accurate quotes for business insurance products. * Educate customers on policy options, ensuring clarity, transparency, and full compliance. * Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. * Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to support seamless onboarding, underwriting, and policy issuance. Training & Work Environment * First 4 Weeks: * Fully onsite training * Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST * Handson preparation for licensing, systems, product knowledge, and sales techniques * PostTraining: * Assigned onsite shift (Monday-Friday) * 8.5hour shifts with start times between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM EST * Continued coaching and performance development Requirements * Bachelor's degree (required) * Strong communication skills and customerfocused approach * Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment * Interest in sales, insurance, or financial services * Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (company paid) What We Offer * Companypaid licensing and comprehensive training * A structured career path within a growing organization * Supportive, teamdriven environment * Competitive compensation with performancebased incentives Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.
