Start Date: March 30, 2026 Location: San Antonio, TX 78229 (On-site for the first 90 days; pockets of remote work during training) Shift: Afternoon-Evening Shifts (e.g., 12 PM-9 PM) Must be available for weekends, holidays, and high-volume TV events. Job Type & Duration: Contract-to-Hire \| 90 Days Contract Period Work Environment is On-site (with limited remote days during training) What You'll Do * Provide solutions to viewers via phone and chat for account, billing, and content inquiries. * Guide viewers through basic troubleshooting to ensure seamless streaming experiences. * Offer personalized product recommendations across the Disney streaming family. What You Bring * High school diploma or GED (required). * At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience strongly preferred. * Strong communication skills and comfort using multiple digital systems and tools. * Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment. * Familiarity with streaming devices and digital platforms is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
