We Require
Two years of general clerical/administrative experience High school diploma or GED Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement up to one year of experience
We Also Value
Experience working with court or legal records Electronic records/case management systems experience is typically found in legal or medical environments Legal, court, or justice system environment experience
Job Contributions
Accesses and updates case records using case management systems (iCIS, Justware) Answers inquiries and assists customers with requests for electronic or physical records Sorts or classifies information according to established guidelines Updates case files, court calendars, and case management systems using information received from courts and staff Creates hard files, organizes materials, and affixes labels Pulls, transports, and destroys case files as needed
Working Conditions
May require the ability to lift 25-30 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead, carry 25-30 pounds a distance of 100 feet, or push/pull 25-150 pounds a distance of 300 feet Alternative work schedules after the training period, based on business needs Frequent interruptions, time pressure, high volumes of work, handling multiple or complicated tasks, unscheduled tasks, changing tasks, quick decision making, concentration/vigilance, and teamwork may be a common occurrence The office space for this position will be within the Valley wise Hospital
