3D PLUS USA is a global leader in high-reliability microelectronic solutions for space, defense, and aerospace applications. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience to support and grow our business in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, DE, NJ, EPA, Metro NY). This role is ideal for a technically oriented sales professional who thrives in customer engagement and wants to make an impact in the space and aerospace markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers. * Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications. * Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams. * Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy. * Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
