Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or a nursing diploma with a science-related degree.

RN License: Must hold a Missouri RN license (or compact license with Missouri eligibility).

Critical Care Experience: At least one year of experience in a critical care setting.

Advanced Skills: Ready to perform nasal/oral intubations, fiber optic intubations, central venous and arterial lines, regional blocks, and chronic pain management.

Communication Skills: You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and your team.

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be completed before your third semester and maintained throughout the program.

Diverse Patient Care: From neonates to geriatrics, you'll experience a wide variety of patient cases.
