What you will do:

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Specialist, Campaign Marketing for Digital Solutions. This role is the strategic backbone of our campaign marketing engine. In this role, you'll design, implement, and scale data-driven campaigns that power global demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building and optimizing scalable campaigns as well as driving the standard tracking and reporting processes that support the campaign execution and lead management with commercial teams. Working closely with marketing, sales, and sales operations teams, you'll ensure flawless campaign execution, lead flow integrity, and actionable analytics across a complex enterprise buyer journey.

How you will do it:

  • Campaign Orchestration: Manage global, multi-channel campaign operations spanning digital, ABM, field, and partner programs. Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule, optimized for enterprise buyer segments, and aligned with regional business goals.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end operations for digital and integrated campaigns-building scalable workflows for campaign efficiency, lead routing, and engagement tracking.

  • Marketing Automation: Own and optimize marketing automation tools ensure clean data, effective segmentation, and accurate tracking.

  • Process Optimization: Define and streamline campaign processes, implement best practices, develop documentation, and QA standards to ensure flawless execution and consistent ROI measurement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with campaign, digital, and content teams to align campaign strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across the buyer journey and deliver insights that guide budget allocation, forecasting, and campaign optimization.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Oversee the health, segmentation, and enrichment of contact, lead, and account data across regions. Collaborate with Sales Ops to maintain enterprise-level CRM hygiene.

  • Campaign Optimization: Facilitate marketing reporting to optimize campaigns for the highest return on investment.

  • Operational Excellence: Optimize lead management through continuous improvement to ensure seamless handoff to sales and measurable impact on pipeline velocity.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations or campaign management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics and lifecycle management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software.

This is a hybrid role at our Raleigh, NC office. Office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
