Sales Content & Knowledge Specialist, LHH Global

We're looking for a strong writer and editor who's passionate about crafting clear, persuasive, and client-ready sales content. In this role, you'll work in LHH's global Sales Enablement team, supporting Opportunity Management in writing, editing, and organizing proposal content, PowerPoint presentations, and other sales collateral that help us win new business.

You'll partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and sales stakeholders to ensure our messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned to our go-to-market strategy. Whether you're rewriting RFP answers, fine-tuning sales templates, documenting processes, or updating case studies, your work will directly support revenue generation across our global sales team.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Global Content & Knowledge Manager
  • Close working relationship with the wider Sales Enablement, Marketing, Opportunity Management Team, and senior sales and SME Leaders globally

Location:

  • Virtual/Home (Eastern or Central time zone preferred)
  • Willingness to flex working hours to GMT to enable close collaboration with colleagues in both Europe and across North America

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Write, edit, and design persuasive sales content for use in proposals, presentations, RFPs, and other sales materials
  • Collaborate with SMEs and sales leaders to gather information and shape compelling client-focused narratives
  • Maintain and update a central library of approved content using tools like Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint
  • Evolve and enhance sales templates, decks, and toolkits to reflect current messaging, design, and brand standards
  • Build and maintain a strong library of case studies and proof points across services, industries, and geographies
  • Edit, proofread, and provide internal feedback 2 on bid materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact
  • Support quality control on key bids and sales presentations, reviewing structure, tone, and visual alignment
  • Coach bid managers and members of the sales team on sales writing best practices (e.g. tone, structure, storytelling)
  • Upload and organize final content in internal platforms, ensuring materials are easy to find and use across global teams
  • Help communicate new content and updates to the broader sales organization to drive adoption

All About You

Must Have

  • Strong experience writing and editing sales or proposal content (e.g. RFPs, pitch decks, client presentations)
  • Excellent written English with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and sales scenarios
  • Strong PowerPoint skills - ability to design and refine client-facing slides (not just internal decks)
  • Comfortable working with content management platforms such as Loopio, Seismic, or SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills - especially working with SMEs and senior sales leaders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with good judgment around brand, tone, and message alignment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales enablement or bid/proposal management
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to accelerate writing and content refinement
  • Understanding of sales processes within professional services or HR solutions industries

  • Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
  • Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
