The RVP, Enterprise Acquisition will own leadership of Enterprise customer acquisition within EZRA's North America New Business organization. This position blends direct sales accountability with day-to-day people leadership, driving both individual performance and overall regional success. As a people leader, you'll build a highperformance, highenergy culture grounded in coaching, accountability, and excellence in execution. You will elevate daily selling behaviors-calls, emails, prospecting rigor, and closing discipline-while strengthening CRM (SFDC) utilization, leading hiring and onboarding, and shaping sales strategy in partnership with marketing. You will directly manage a team of New Business AEs and be responsible for their growth, development, and results. This role requires a builder's mindset-innovation, ownership, and a missiondriven commitment to expanding EZRA's impact in the corporate world.
The Team
Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Acquisition Sales, this role is a core member of EZRA's Acquisition leadership team. You'll collaborate closely with peers across Enterprise Sales to ensure seamless transitions of newly acquired clients into the Enterprise Growth organization and to create unified, regionwide gotomarket momentum. You'll also coach and empower the team through a modern sales tech stack-including Gong, Apollo, Orum, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce-ensuring consistent adoption, highquality execution, and datadriven decisionmaking.
This is a pivotal leadership role: the RVP will be a key driver of regional success through exceptional people leadership, crossfunctional partnership, and a relentless focus on winning new enterprise customers.
