Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Women's Hospital has 120 licensed beds, including a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, a family care unit, an award-winning breast care center, and the first robotic surgery program in the state, recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.

• Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
• Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and perform and/or oversee cashiering operations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of previously related experience.
• Medical Terminology Knowledge.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.
• Knowledge of office procedures

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in a related field of study.
• Previous medical office experience.
• Heart Saver.
