The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving independent sales targets. This role is crucial in driving business growth and maintaining customer satisfaction within the Network Infrastructure Business Unit.


  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including developing and executing account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing customer base and expand the company's market share.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans for the assigned accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management role, preferably in the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being an advantage.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
