Administers and supports team member benefits programs, including health and welfare plans. Ensures benefits compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assists team members with benefits inquiries and provides guidance on program options. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: Human Resources and a demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Master's Degree Specialized Degree: None Licenses/Certificates: Certification in benefits administration (e.g., Certified team member Benefits Specialist). Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: None Spans of Control
