Shift: (1st Shift |7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $18.00/hr.) (2nd Shift |3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $18.19/hr.) (3rd Shift |11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $18.20/hr.)

Gear Up and Get Going

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (required)
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery
• Compliance with PPE and safety standards required
• Crane and/or hoist experience is a strong plus
• Experience in heavy industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments a plus

Your Shift on the Floor

Operate industrial production equipment and machinery. Safely operate forkliftsto move raw materials, pallets, and finished goods. Utilizecranes and hoiststo lift and position materials as needed. Load, unload, stage, and transport materials according to production requirements. Monitor processes and perform quality checks. Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns. Complete required production and material-handling documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
