Job Description:

  • This important role will support the Housing Choice Voucher Program by handling customer interaction. The candidate will respond to phone calls and email requests on a daily basis, maintain customer service records, resolve customer complaints, provide resources to customers, provide the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department, and always adhering to the company's policies and procedures when assisting customers.
