We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Life Cycle Management Leader to join our team at CareDx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the entire product life cycle, from conception to end-of-life, focusing on delivering workflow-centric capabilities that improve patient experience, provider engagement, and operational efficiency. This leader will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage day-to-day product development, and partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, UX, Regulatory/Legal, and Customer Success teams to release high-quality product enhancements on time. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
