Description

Learning & Performance is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing learning solutions to ensure effective on boarding and professional development of MidFirst Bank employees and managers in Arizona, California, Colorado and Oklahoma. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Facilitating new hire and professional development courses.
* Evaluating participant's performance in training and communicating concerns to the Learning & Performance Director.
* Administering assessments as required by the Career Progression (new hire and promotion) Certification guidelines.
* Identifying opportunities to improve training and recommending solutions.
* Developing content to update training materials to ensure continued accuracy.
* Supporting new product launches and change initiatives.

Position Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience facilitating technical and soft skills training in a corporate setting or 2+ years of banking experience
* 1+ years of experience applying instructional design processes/techniques in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training materials (i.e., classroom, webinar, eLearning, job aids, etc.)
* 1+ years of project management experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to work successfully with both on-site and virtual employees
* Ability to build strong business relationships across business units
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
* Experience with development tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate) a plus
* BA-BS in related field or equivalent work experience
* Experience in financial services preferred but not required
