Mail Processing Special - Direct
The Mail Processing Specialist is responsible to organize and index incoming documents and checks. The Administrative Specialist is the dedicated resource for ensuring the work is distributed to the appropriate teams and workflow queues. This position is also responsible for additional administrative functions.

Detailed Description: Essential &General Duties

Essential Duties:

- Efficiently organize incoming and outgoing documents
* Open, sort, prep and distribute incoming mail and checks.

* Scan documents into the document imaging system.

* Properly index documents to the appropriate queues.

* Print and send notifications to participants.

* Print and send UAW mail requests.

- Responsible for other administrative functions
* Maintain, order and ship company supplies.

* Handle incoming deliveries.

* Process COBRA address updates.

* Monitor the Administrative inbox and ensure timely follow-up on emails.

- Assist with other operational functions
* Coordinate with other departments when appropriate.

* Assist with projects as assigned.

- Promote continuous learning and sharing of knowledge.

- Ensure privacy according to HIPAA.

- Must adhere to security policies.

- Work on special projects as assigned

* Develop and update procedures as needed.

General Duties:

  • All other duties as assigned
  • Maintain policy according to HIPAA
  • Physical demand requirements: must be able to lift 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
