Territory Operations Manager

Your main responsibilities

Can be located at any of the following California locations : San Francisco / Sacramento / Los Angeles / Irvine / San Diego




  • Oversee all operational activities for new installations, partnering with NI Sales to capture external opportunities across the territory
  • Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve financial and operational objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Field Superintendents and Project Coordinators, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, GCs, and industry consultants to drive portfolio growth
  • Ensure Field Technicians are engaged and trained, supporting quality, productivity, and safety standards
  • Provide technical oversight, monitor project progress, and advise on resource utilization to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Lead effective operations meetings, coordinate inspections, project turnover, and interface with Product Line experts on operational challenges
  • Promote participative management, maintain high team morale, and support labor relations in alignment with company culture and best practices



Expected Salary Range is $142,800 - $178,600 Depending On Experience

What you bring

Education:
* BA/BS Business / Management / Engineering
* Possess overall knowledge of product and product application; modernization techniques and procedures; ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.

Work Experience:
* 5-7 years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented business.
* Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company.


Additional:
* Up to 50% travel within the territory will be required
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
