About the role/Team We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly proactive Revenue Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role is crucial for assisting in the execution of tactical growth marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue across our core OTR fleet solutions. The ideal candidate is a tactical executor who thrives on managing details, proactively collaborating cross-functionally, and seeing projects through to completion. This role will be responsible for the daily project management and execution support across the OTR marketing portfolio. How you'll make an impact Marketing Management & Operations
Campaign Management: Assist in oversight of marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, drafting campaign briefs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment. Collaborative Planning: Collaborate on annual marketing plans, top-of-funnel lead generation, and targeted initiatives for OTR products. Reporting Support: Assist in tracking and compiling campaign performance metrics, focusing on hitting monthly KPIs and goals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as communication liaison, tracking action items and providing status updates across the sales, product, and analytics teams to remove bottlenecks and maintain velocity. Relationship Building: Foster and sustain robust relationships with key business stakeholders and diverse teams.
Experience you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Operations, or Project Coordination role, preferably within a B2B environment. Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. Strong self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work independently. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite. Experience working with Project Management software such as Monday.com is preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $72,500.00 - $79,200.00
