As a Senior Drive System Engineer in our Loading Business Unit focused on Electric Wheel Loaders (EWL), you will lead the development of cutting-edge electric and mechanical driveline systems. You will be instrumental in defining the system architecture, integrating electric motors, gearboxes, axles, drivelines, and diesel engine-hybrid interfaces to deliver world-class performance, reliability, and efficiency. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support to bring new products from concept through production and beyond. Key Job Responsibilities
