Essential Duties &

Responsibilities 1. Promotes a culture of safety, continuous improvement, quality, and workplace cleanliness. 2. Provides direct supervision of personnel in the FAB, Ancillary Weld, and Paint departments, including setting daily expectations and monitoring MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) performance. 3. Enter and escalate relevant information within the company ERP system to maintain accurate inventory, recommend purchases, track labor hours, and manage all associated records. 4. Ensures adherence to production schedules, establishes priorities, and supports effective allocation of resources 5. Oversees required documentation, including TCC (Trachte Compliance Control) paperwork, for all products moving through PreAssembly operations. 6. Engage in daily employee interaction by leading morning huddles and maintaining clear, consistent communication with team members. 7. Supports employee development through training, including the creation of standard work and delivery of handson instruction. 8. Establishes performance goals and provides feedback for annual and midyear performance evaluations. 9. Cultivates a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, pride in workmanship, customer focus, and individual accountability and innovation. 10. Assists in other duties as assigned.

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

9. Initiative - Volunteers readily, seek increased responsibilities, ask for and offer help when needed. 10. Quality - Demonstrates highest level of accuracy and thoroughness, teaches ways to improve and promote quality, leads feedback discussion to improve performance, monitors own and teams work to ensure quality. 11. Quantity - Exceeds most if not all productivity standards, completes work on time, in full, defect free, strives to increase team productivity, effectively leads teams to works quickly.

Education/

Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in a production leadership setting. Demonstrate supervisory skills are required.

Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with Microsoft Office and working in an ERP system.

Supervisory

Responsibilities: Will directly supervise, train, and mentor employee(s) and when doing so carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Certificates &

Licenses: Forklift driver capability with certifications recommended.
